Meet Our Staff
Danielle Seidner and Shannon
Mackey
Danielle
Seidner and Shannon Mackey are the owners of Simply Dance. Danielle
has been dancing for over 25 years, and has competed regionally and
nationally for over 13 of those years. Danielle has over 10 years experience
teaching Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, and Hip Hop, as well as instructing
and choreographing our Competition classes. Danielle received her Associates
in Art degree from the County College of Morris. Danielle has also performed
professionally in New York City with the Simplicity Dance Company!
Shannon Mackey
is the co-owner of Simply Dance. Shannon is the business manager of
the studio; she handles all the phone calls, writes the newsletters,
and is in charge of most of the day to day operations of the studio.
Shannon came up with the idea to form a website for Simply Dance, and
created the content for the website. Prior to becoming part owner of
Simply Dance, Shannon worked in the sales industry in Clifton for nearly
8 years.
Loretta Chiapperino
Loretta Chiapperino is the former owner and operator
of Lindy's Theatrical Dance Centre in Vernon, NJ, which was in business
for over 15 years. Loretta has extensive training as both a dancer and
a business owner. Loretta teaches our Ballet, Pointe, Tap/Jazz, and
Musical Theater classes, and choreographs the Acrobat class routines.
This is Loretta's second year with Simply Dance.

Sherry
Mudrick
Sherry has been teaching at Simply Dance for 2
years. Sherry has danced since she was 3 years old, and started
out her teaching career by assistant teaching when she was 18
at a studio in Elmwood Park. After Sherry relocated to Vernon,
she started teaching with Loretta at Lindy's. Sherry teaches Ballet,
Tap, Jazz, and Acrobat at the studio. This is Sherry's second
year with Simply Dance.

Lorainne
Simone
Lorraine
Simone has studied dance for 18 years, and has been teaching for
3 years. Lorraine studied dance at Broadway Dance Center in NYC
under such teachers as Ray Leeper, Susie Taylor, Wes Veldink and
Kat Wildish. Lorraine has also competed regionally and nationally,
earning the title of Miss Showbiz at age 16. Lorraine was cast
in the first national Broadway tour of Footloose from 1998-1999,
and toured the country for one year. Lorraine teaches Hip Hop,
Jazz and Lyrical, and assists with choreographing competition
routines.

Dan
Hipper
Dan has coached for various gyms in the NY/NJ
area for the past 15 years. Dan was a competitive gymnast in high
school, and received his Associate of Applied Science in heath
and physical education. Dan is an USAG Certified Meet Director,
and a USAG Professional member and safety certified coach. Dan
is also CPR and First Aid certified. Dan teaches our advanced
acrobat class.
